This car has 104k original on the body and chassis. It has approx. only 30k miles on the complete body-off restoration by Europa totalling more than $57k in work in 2001. This was the last Gwagen Europa ever fully restored. They sold it for $38k thereafter. There are receipts and records for all of the restoration. This includes but is not limited to:
new front axle rebuilt rear axle new diffs new springs new shocks new driveshafts (all 3) factory new transfer case from Puch transfer case dampening kit (includes prop shaft dampener and stickshift dampener) new $10k Metrics Mercedes Benz 300GD engine. Completely converted to run on Biodiesel, SVO, WVO, Jet-A, Kerosene, and diesel. Features Plantdrive.com conversion with Veg Therm in line heater and Turbo Fyner heat exchanger and 10 micron filtration, over 40 feet Viton hose. Car certified by EPA, DOT, Wallace Labs, has door sticker and all paperwork. Comes with two sets of mats including factory rubber mats in excellent shape and custom made carpet set in front and back cargo area. Windows tinted professionally Front Dash features tach, VDO clock, working A/C that blows cold and hard, later 4 speed fan sw and light sw. Custom made wood dash inlays. Tires are 33x12.5x15 on factory alloys that have been fully restored, including new style center caps Exhaust is solid, no leaks. No vibrations. Drive this car anywhere right now, on veg oil, no worries, daily driver worthy. It's sort of like having the "newest" diesel G in america since it was completely rebuilt in 2001. I've only seen one other diesel LWB G as nice as this car in 10 years of doing this club website. Must sell, can assist with delivery. Truly incredible time warp car. If you want the ultimate 300GD LWB you have found it. I bought this car for close to $24k about a year ago, it has been in the USA since 1985. The car has been in rust-free environment and it shows. Top and bottom this car is solid and incredible. I have about $32k into this car. Previous owners have over $75k in it. So it does not really need much of anything at all to be perfect.
