Wheel Adapters

This is what I got in the mail.  The tire was mounted, and the adapter was bolted in place on the back.

Here are some pictures of the adapter alone.

Mounted to the wheel you can see that the bolt heads stick out past the face of the adapter.  This was a 1" adapter, I'm going to get the others made 1.5" so the bolts will be recessed.

I was still able to bolt the wheel on and check everything out.  The wheel sits as though it is on a 1.5" adapter because the heads of the bolts hold it off the adapter the extra 1/2".

And I thought the tires on it where big...

It added about 6" per side increasing track width by about a foot!

Just doing a little preliminary rubbing tests.  I actually had to flex it quite a bit to get the tire to rub.  It would be just fine on the street and I don't think I'll have any problem trimming the fenders to make the tires work.
