I started by cutting from the front of the window openings over the top.  I then cut from the rear of the openings to the opening where the back door used to be and dropped the top off the back.  It was quite heavy as you can imagine.  This was the hardest part to do because it looked awful and really made you second guess yourself.

After I dropped the top off the back I felt better about the project.  You could get the idea of what it was going to look like, and I liked it.
