Re: Let's talk tires...

Hello all, I've read hundreds of posts but can't find an answer for the hard cover. I'm sure I'm just not familiar with the correct search terms yet.

Our 94 G320 463 should arrive any time now and needs tires asap. My wife loves the spare tire carrier and I've already won the battle to at least get a pre-mbusa truck so it's staying for now.

Can the 463 hard cover fit 265/76/16 (will go on Atiks). Looking at Geolander XATs.

Thank you in advance.

2002 G500 the stock tires are P265/60R18

A neighbor is selling these, they were stock on his truck but he took them off with 2500 miles. They are LT 275/65R18

Is it ok to install these on my G500? Seems like a reasonable choice if I want just slightly larger, but will there be any drawback?

Thanks for any responses.

Check the year of the tires. If they are old and the original tires you may want to pass.

Good luck.

I have Yokohama Geolandar ATs on my G500 and love them. They have been excellent in daily driving, rain and snow. Haven't pushed them on rough stuff yet but I have seen them on armored 463's, as fitted by Mercedes, so they are probably at least decent.

Anyone know which wheels these are? They look really similar to the Brabus Mono VI but don’t seem to be exact.

Love these. Do you still have tires mounted? How much are you looking for the set?

FYI Photos of wheels and tires you asked about.

Not cleaned up since I took them off our 2000 G500.

5 18 inch wheels ET43
4 Cooper tires 175 70 18r
1 Duratrac on the spare wheel 275 70 18

$1000 all 5 local pickup or shipped at buyers expense. Can have the tires taken off but same price for wheels. The tires are free.

Located in Bend Oregon.
